If you are applying for the Power of Us program and have all the necessary paperwork and information with you, you should receive a reply from the appropriate Salesforce team in two to three weeks. After that, getting started should not take too long. Your trial will become indefinite.
4. How can I find out if my organization is eligible for the Power of Us program?
Organizations can purchase — or in some cases, receive technology donations.
5. What exactly does Salesforce offer nonprofits?
The Salesforce CRM system enables nonprofits to gather and save donor data for use in future events, fund-raising initiatives, donor communications, financial and accounting systems, and other activities.
6. How do organizations obtain Salesforce?

7. Is it possible to learn Salesforce independently?
With several of its offerings, Salesforce includes training. If training isn’t part of your package, Trailhead and Udemy both offer free classes.
8. Why do I have to start a trial?
Your trial will provide login credentials that you will also use to complete your application. Your trial org will become your permanent org once your donation application is approved.
9. How do I find my ORG ID?
Your Salesforce Organization ID is the unique identifier for your Salesforce identity. You can find it in Setup.
10. My trial has expired and I haven’t heard back about my application. What should I do?
